RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please contact us within the 14 days of purchase to organise a store credit or exchange. Item must be in store condition and in the same packaging that you received it. Please understand that any opened or used items may not be returned due to health & hygiene reasons. Due to hygiene reasons please note that all disposable products and lash trays will also be non refundable.
Returns will not be offered for a change of mind. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. Photos must be provided on delivery of damaged goods and sent via email to Beautifybeautyacademy@outlook.com.au Inspection will be completed before decision is made for a store credit or an exchange.
Beautify Beauty Academy team will email you once decision is approved for a store credit, refund or exchange. Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
